The Sales Manager for Industrial Filtration Bags will be an integral leader in our vertical integration growth strategy, responsible for absorbing and leading existing bag sellers while also building a new global sales organization and commercial discipline from the ground up. This role will transform how we sell industrial filtration bags by unifying current sales resources with new talent, embedding modern processes, and creating a high-performance culture that ensures we capture opportunity and deliver consistent growth in the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets.
Organization Building & Leadership
Absorb and lead the current industrial bag sellers, providing direction, coaching, and alignment under a unified sales structure.
Establish and scale a new global sales organization, defining the structure, processes, and culture required for long-term success.
Embed best-in-class commercial practices, including:
Opportunity & Pipeline management
A shift from lagging to leading indicators
KPI reporting tied to commercial opportunity stage gates
Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent to complement the existing team, building a strong, growth-focused culture.
Customer & Market Engagement
Lead the effort to sell industrial filtration bags directly to end users, growing penetration across targeted industries.
Travel with sales engineers and account managers, strengthening customer relationships and coaching sellers in the field.
Build credibility with customer stakeholders including plant management, procurement, and operations.
Partner closely with application engineering and operations teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs.
Execution & Reporting
Own the commercial reporting cadence to the Global Growth Director, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Drive execution discipline across regions, ensuring consistent reporting on opportunity health, pipeline progression, and KPIs.
Translate customer and market feedback into actionable strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and market share growth.
Deliver annual revenue and margin growth targets through structured, disciplined execution.
