Branch Sales Assistant Manager - ECR
The Branch Sales Assistant Manager, under the direction and guidance of the Branch Manager, is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and coaching branch employees to foster a strong sales culture, achieve performance goals, and deliver exceptional service. This role supports the Branch Manager in maintaining an operationally sound and compliant environment, aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate individual and team performance to enhance sales effectiveness and goal achievement.
- Ensure service delivery meets organizational standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise and support the development of the sales team, including performance evaluations, training, and recommendations for promotions or salary adjustments.
- Align branch resources and systems to support sales initiatives and referral programs.
- Oversee the sales process to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Enforce the bank's cross-selling and referral strategies (OSS).
- Lead and ensure adherence to direct sales campaigns and related initiatives.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate performance results, new strategies, and goals.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, report breaches, and assist in corrective actions.
- Drive growth of the personal loans portfolio by motivating the team and overseeing the disbursement process.
- Contribute to branch growth through planning and development activities.
- Assist with audit readiness and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, TISA, TILA, and CRA.
- Support client retention and business stability efforts.
- Promote and ensure adherence to the Total Quality Program and its standards.
- Receive and route commercial credit applications in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Serve as acting Branch Manager during their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position directly supervises the Sales and Service Representatives and the Service Representatives, and assumes full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Education:
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within financial services
