Location: Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (1332 Edgewood Rd SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission & Bonus Incentives
A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, demonstrated knowledge, and location
Job Summary: Managing and optimizing the capacity of resources within an organization. Capacity operations professionals play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's resources, such as infrastructure, equipment and personnel, are utilized efficiently to meet demand and maximize productivity. They assess resource availability, identify bottlenecks and develop capacity plans to ensure that the organization can meet current and future demand. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capacity plans with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
