What You'll Do (Your Power Grid):

• Be the go-to power source for store-level Commercial Sales inquiries.
• Jump in to energize order management: process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and invoices with accuracy and speed.
• Keep things flowing by monitoring shipments, tracking KPIs, and resolving order or delivery snags.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support sales programs with customer agreements, pricing updates, and reporting that help keep our sales team wired for success.
• Deliver top-notch customer communications that leave clients positively charged.

What We're Looking For (Your Battery Pack):

• High school diploma required; Associate's in Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.
• A knack for problem-solving and decision-making-someone who can flip the switch and resolve issues fast.
• Tech-savvy with POS/order management systems, Salesforce, Google, and Microsoft platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing your charge.
