Community Sales Assistant

Senior Living Community is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly marketing goals.

Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.

Present the community in a professional and engaging manner.

Build relationships with prospects and their families to understand their needs and wants.

Participate in community outreach events to generate new leads.

Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities.

Ensure show-readiness of the community daily.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A hard-working, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to interact appropriately with the age-related needs of individuals/residents served.
