Responsible for the management and execution of the direct sales and marketing program for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a hotel Director of Sales.
Full-Service hotel group sales experience required preferably in a conference center based property.
CI/TY experience preferred.
Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Prior Marriott brand experience and local market knowledge preferred.
