Compensation

Top performers earn $150,000-$300,000+ annually

First-year reps typically earn $120,000+

Monthly bonus programs

$5,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities.

What You'll Do

Run 3-5 company-provided appointments daily

Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions

Provide clear pricing and close sales

Coordinate install handoff to production team

Complete necessary permit documentation

Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution

Your primary focus is sales and customer communication - our team supports execution.

Qualifications

Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)

2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and closing ability

Valid Driver's License
