Entry Level Inbound Customer Support And Sales - Wfh (Must Live In Ut)

$17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1,000

PrincePerelson is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join a growing company that operates multiple consumer lending brands in the financial technology industry, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, engaging potential customers to support their loan applications.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of products and services
• Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
• Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center setting is preferred
• Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and quota-driven performance environments
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
• Desire to grow in a sales-based role
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
