Job Description

ETF Specialists are responsible for supporting the development of profitable new ETF business client relationships and increased profitability to existing clients requiring solid experience in handling accounts of all sizes and complexity. Helps identifies business opportunities based on comprehensive knowledge of clients, marketing, products and services. Participates in the development and execution of the organization's sales plan, including prospecting, direct calling and sales presentations and providing feedback on the market to the business unit for planning development purposes. Delivers and successfully implements corporate marketing and sales support related programs for the ETF business.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

5 to 7 years of relevant work experience

Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations

Strong marketing, business development and negotiating skills, emphasizing the development of sales strategies and goals

Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

Basic knowledge of internal and external policies, procedures and operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $117,725.00 - $138,500.00
