Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst

ANSER is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support JPEO-CBRND's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. In this role you will ensure partner nations receive timely and effective CBRNE defense capabilities through coordinated acquisition and lifecycle management.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Track program milestones and execution across FMS cases.
  • Support planning and sustainment for Partner Nation projects.
  • Analyze program requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain records of FMS activities and sales cases.
  • Coordinate with Combatant Commands, DSCA, and DASA DEC.
  • Support acquisition planning and life cycle logistics activities.
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and Partner Nation stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and monitor resource allocations.
  • Conduct consequence management and technical escort operations analysis.
  • Support design and delivery of sustainment and training strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations or similarly related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience supporting CBRNE operations and consequence management; military experience preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience with CBRNE consequence management and technical escort operations.
  • Experience with program management and tracking abilities.
  • Experience with FMS case management and DoD acquisition processes.

Full Time Salary Range for this position: $90,000 - $117,000 USD
