We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Frontline Sales Representatives to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, present our vacation ownership opportunities, and guide them through the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with unlimited earning potential.
Essential Duties:
Present and promote vacation ownership opportunities to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
Attend training sessions and stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
