Experienced General Sales Manager

Looking for an EXPERIENCED GENERAL SALES MANAGER to join our team at BMW of San Francisco!

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a General Sales Manager REQUIRED
  • Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED
  • Ability to drive the team to high performance every day through leadership REQUIRED
  • High volume dealership experience REQUIRED
  • Focused on OEM approvability
  • Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set

The California pay range for this position is $140,000.00-220,000.00 annually.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
