Job Purpose: We are seeking a results-driven Governmental Sales Manager to help lead governmental sales growth for our North American Construction business. This role will be responsible for driving incremental revenue within the governmental segment through strategy and relationship development working closely with our construction dealer network, governmental agencies, and various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow CE governmental sales revenue through dealer engagement KPIs
  • Identify new sales opportunities and guide dealers on leveraging North American and local governmental contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network and governmental agencies such as Sourcewell
  • Maintain and manage contract portfolio for North American Governmental Agencies working closely with internal teams including legal and finance
  • Support dealers in responding to RFPs, RFQ, and cooperative purchasing programs
  • Deliver regular reporting for leadership detailing governmental contract revenue, dealer KPIs, and governmental segment trends
