Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage actively with homeowners to ascertain and address their exterior home improvement needs.
- Perform in-depth inspections and consultations to evaluate conditions and formulate effective, customized solutions.
- Navigate through the sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the progress of each project to company management and the client.
- Develop and manage leads, employing company-provided resources as well as initiating innovative approaches to build new client relationships.
- Educate clients on product knowledge and available services to help them make informed decisions.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate contracts to achieve both client satisfaction and company sales targets.
- Participate in continual education and professional development activities to stay current with industry standards and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with various clients and negotiate successful outcomes.
- Ability to self-manage, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
