We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representatives to represent our overhead crane system products and services. This is a 1099 contractor role with a commission-based structure, ideal for self-driven professionals who want the flexibility of independent work while partnering with a strong overhead crane manufacturing and operations team.
What You'll Do
Pipeline Development - Identify, qualify, and manage new crane sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer outreach.
Customer Engagement - Meet with customers to assess project needs and provide consultative, solutions-based recommendations.
Site Surveys - Visit customer locations to gather technical and environmental data critical for accurate project design and estimating.
Proposal Development - Work with our engineering, estimating, and project management teams to prepare competitive proposals.
Market Awareness - Stay informed on customer budgets, competitor activity, and industry trends to position sales effectively.
Internal Collaboration - Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to ensure proposals and deliverables align with customer expectations.
Professional Representation - Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and customer-first service.

Who We're Looking For
Experienced self-employed 1099 independent contractor/manufacturer's representative.
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, overhead cranes, construction, or material handling systems.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time, schedule, and sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable operating as a self-employed 1099 independent contractor.
