Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of inside sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.

Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure accountability for targeted KPIs and objectives.

Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, uncover needs, and drive upselling opportunities.

Training & Development: Plan and execute ongoing training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales metrics and forecast reports to senior leadership. Utilize data insights to refine strategies and tackle challenges.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, recruitment, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales manager, preferably in an inside sales capacity.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with expertise in sales metrics and reporting tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
