Job Title

Leads the sales team in creating error-free Request for Quotations (RFQs). Ensures quote delivery to customers. Implements sales strategies based on data and product knowledge. Promotes company products and services to potential clients and partners. Serves as the face of customer service, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Builds customer relationships through communications and visits. Follows up with prospects and current clients. Attends production meetings, obtains updates, and provides product-related communication between customers and internal departments. Partners with cross-functional departments to achieve sales goals. Communicates with sales team and Mexico divisions, ensuring efficient workflows for active accounts. Resolves sale conflicts within the team or with customers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or related fields. Experience with: Manufacturing processes and their optimization; Working with material standards and quality for steel companies; and Data collecting and analysis; and Experience using Excel formulas to analyze data, data manipulation, tracking, and maintaining records.
