Tele-Sales Representative

Prepare for Success is a Tele-Sales, Tele-Services company that works with organizations in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical device, animal health, telecommunications, cpg, consumer health, and senior care. We believe in a hybrid office/work from home model, depending on whether it is full-time or part-time work. We are seeking energetic, dedicated, success driven professionals. Experience in the tele-sales space is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, phone presence, and a dedication to customer follow up.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation. Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts. Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

Candidates must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, phone presence, and a dedication to customer follow up. Must be able to document call outcomes in Microsoft Word, Excel, and our CRM. Must have reliable transportation to and from our workplace.
