Kelly Services is hiring a Sales Support Representative (In-House) in Farmington, CT! If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in customer-facing operational roles, this opportunity places you at the center of a fast-paced service business. You'll support service sales operations by managing quotes and orders, coordinating across internal departments, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Create, process, and follow up on quotes and orders using SAP and E2Q (or similar systems)
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Provide order status updates, expediting support, and accurate quotations
Conduct upsell and outreach calls to support service agreement growth
Analyze and review consumption and order data to identify sales opportunities
Coordinate with sales, contracts, spare parts, and internal teams to resolve order issues
Maintain accurate sales documentation and protect company interests
Occasionally support customer visits or trade shows as needed
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or technical sales (manufacturing environment preferred)
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred, not required)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, patient, and diplomatic communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with proactive follow-through
