Insight Global is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their client's team, a family-owner distributor of horticultural products and services. This person will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales with an already established territory. They will maintain current customers and retain current customers that haven't bought from them in the past. They'll be expected to hit sales quotas such as 200 calls/month and 50k worth of orders/month. They will pre-call plan to make sure they are prepared and up to date on previous activities their client has had with the company as well as take any opportunities to upsell products and/or services.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of Sales or Tele Sales experience
Experience hitting sales quotas
Proven experience with building client relationships ERP or other CRM management experience
Horticultural or greenhouse industry experience
