Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative will support and promote the sales of CNH Parts & Service products within an assigned territory with the primary responsibility for making outbound sales calls. This person will be tasked with producing consistent growth across Construction and Agricultural Parts/Service related products and services through effective use of the telephone and other electronic means. This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory parts business plan that identifies and evaluates all new parts business growth opportunities.
  • Assists dealers in establishing key customer relationships, expand market share and improve dealer profitability.
  • Influence dealers to embrace product support retail growth to 100% absorption and grow dealer service sales.
  • Support, promote and facilitate the sale of CNH Parts and Service offerings to a network of dealers by crafting a daily, monthly and annual call plans using data and market knowledge.
