The Amcor Integrated Sales Manager is responsible for embracing and improving the processes and procedures for the Account Manager Associates. This role is accountable for ensuring the team has effective customer relationships, develops opportunities for new customer growth as well as growth within their current customer base, while achieving sales and profit forecasts. This is an advanced level requiring independent management with additional accountability to sales and marketing directors. Accounts, projects, and markets assigned to this position are strategic in scope. This role has a team of direct reports. This role reports to the Commercial Excellence & Integrated Sales Director.
