As a Sales Intern, you'll learn the ins and outs of selling essential services in a fast-paced, mission-driven industry. You'll support our sales team in prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and helping businesses and residents find the right waste solutions.
We are hiring for Sales Interns in the following markets:
Real-world experience in B2B and B2C sales
Exposure to the waste management industry and environmental services
Mentorship from seasoned sales professionals
Opportunity to contribute to community-focused initiatives
Potential for full-time employment upon graduation
Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads
Support outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
Help prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients
Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions
Shadow experienced sales reps on client meetings and site visits
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with operations to ensure service alignment with customer needs
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategy
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
