About the Role
As a Loan Officer, you'll be the driving force behind helping individuals and businesses secure the financing they need. You'll work closely with clients to evaluate loan applications, explain options, and guide them through the approval process. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn and apply real-world sales tactics through hands-on coaching
Engage with warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
Master our CRM and loan origination systems
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
Contribute to a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military, or commission-based roles
Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Background in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics
Competitive, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
Organized and able to thrive in high-expectation environments
