Job Summary
The Junior Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with the West Region Vice President of Sales to strengthen new business prospecting and streamline the sales process. This role plays a critical part in coordinating new business sales activities and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
Sales Support & Coordination: Partner with the West Region VP of Sales to enhance prospecting strategies and sales workflows. Coordinate efforts to drive new business opportunities and maintain alignment with regional goals.
RFP Management: Lead and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of sales/marketing strategies in partnership with VP of Sales to improve net growth results.
Prospecting efforts using tools and resources including but not limited to LinkedIn, BenefitFlow, SalesForce, etc.
Fluent with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Organize and monitor all RFP activity.
Create and maintain all necessary reporting for pipeline and forecast tracking.
Actively participate and engage in meetings to support content development for sales and finalist presentations.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5 years of work experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$49,500.00 - $92,800.00
