Sales Representative

Assist in daily sales activities, including preparing sales materials and presentations. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable jewelry designs. Quote prices, explain payment terms and credit options, and provide fulfillment and delivery dates. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication. Address client inquiries and complaints and provide customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of jewelry products. Follow up with client post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address issues, promote new sales. Assist Sales Management to ensure accurate and timely pricing. Prepare sales proposals for potential customers, complete forms to culminate sales transactions. Attend trade shows and promotional events, assist in the distribution of materials and provide information. Keep abreast of new product launches and promotional offers. Maintain customer records using in-house computerized systems.

Job Requirements: Four years of college education or foreign equivalent in Arts, International Relations, or related or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Arts, International Relations, or related. Two years of experience as a Junior Sales Representative or related. Experience in sales and market research. 20% domestic travel required.
