Professional Sales Representative

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. This is an entry-level, full position. We are currently seeking a creative, ambitious candidate to join our team as a Professional Sales Representative in our Mailbox sales department. We are a growing company that specializes in e-commerce/catalog marketing, distribution, and manufacturing with a total of eight different divisions (or companies). We have been in business for over two decades and are working to continually grow that number! ICM Corp. is based in South Milwaukee and is only a 20-minute drive from UW-Milwaukee, or, 12 minutes from Miller Park!

General Duties:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • High volume call center environment
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers\' accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
