Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred).
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
