The Role

As a Lumen Manager Outside Sales, you will supervise a team of Outside Sales Agents on our Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales Team. You will direct and coordinate the activities of outside sales agents (represented or non-represented) in various locations in their respective markets, ensuring each property meets or exceeds revenue and product objectives and profitability.

This position offers flexibility to either report to our Seattle office or work from home. Candidates must reside in the state of Washington to support occasional in-person meetings, team collaboration, or region-specific responsibilities.

The Main Responsibilities

Execute strategies with your local MDU sales team for all go-to-market plans, new MDU property launches, and special marketing initiatives like events and offers.

Conduct weekly in-field ride-a-longs with your team to provide coaching, feedback, and build relationships with MDU properties.

Analyze sales trends and propose action plans to increase sales performance and team effectiveness.

Manage and be accountable for monthly budget, performance management, and key metrics of team performance.

Coach and develop team to improve skills, behaviors, and provide escalation support as needed.

What We Look For In A Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

5+ years of related experience

Ability to travel up to 75%

Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record (MVR check may be required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the telecommunications field

Experience with Alternate Channel Distribution - Indirect Retail, MDU, Door to Door, and Big Box Retailers

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$63,672 - $84,893 in these states: WA
