Go To Market Strategy Implementation

The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.

1. Achieve sales target for Andhra region for Low Voltage Products and solutions

Responsible for empanelment of our full PD solutions

Identify and appoint Channel Partners / Integrators for the identified products.

Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.

Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.

Get Approvals from OEM, PB, End Users, Consultants and utilities.

Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications.

Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.

Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.

Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree is highly desirable

Minimum of 8 - 10 years field sales experience

Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB's, MCCB's Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCB's,Distribution Boards ), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry

Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence
