Responsible for leading, supporting, and optimizing sales operations functions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability for national, regional, or local markets.
Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include:
Work environment located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Typically requires 25% travel (1 week onsite out of the month). Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Minimum qualifications include: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older. Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.
Education and experience typically require BS/BA in related discipline. Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred qualifications include: 5+ years' experience in the manufacturing environment, 3+ years' experience in sales or sales support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
