The position facilitates communication between sales teams with internal and external customers, conducts market research to identify new opportunities and develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or engineering. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in a commercial setting, with an emphasis on identifying and executing profitable business opportunities. Exceptional organizational skills are essential for managing multiple sales opportunities and customers at once. A strong commercial mindset is required to effectively engage with both internal and external customers and develop value-added solutions.
Leading all aspects of the sales process to achieve company revenue growth targets in the following verticals:
Dark fiber sales
Middle mile lit fiber sales
Development and sales of other connectivity solutions
Managing internal CRM tools and reporting systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales pipelines, executed agreements, customer interactions and contract implementation progress.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover new business opportunities and anticipate potential challenges, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and boost long-term revenue growth.
Provide regular updates on sales progress and revenue performance to company stakeholders, delivering clear and comprehensive reports that inform business strategies and highlight areas for improvement.
