You'll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you've gained in your degree program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Chief Sales Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with strategic and operational leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers. As an intern with the Consumer Chief Sales Operations & Partner Channel teams, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include:

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage large, complex projects, involving multiple work streams and stakeholders, as well as establishing and cultivating cross-functional partnerships. Take the lead on projects that are a big deal - like creating presentations for executives, managing key initiatives, and coordinating across senior leadership teams.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to create a comprehensive plan. This includes forecasting, inventory optimization, and setting long-term goals that align with company objectives. The focus is on data-driven decisions that impact the bottom line, not just creative displays.
• Innovation and Creativity: Innovate retail experiences and product displays by blending digital and physical elements. This requires both divergent thinking to generate ideas and convergent thinking to create actionable plans.
• Strategic planning and execution: Help develop and implement strategies for Verizon Consumer Group Partner Channels, transforming ideas into actionable plans.
• Data-driven insights: Use your analytical skills to collect and analyze data, making sure our meetings are relevant and our processes are as efficient as possible.
• Operational excellence: Dive into the day-to-day operations, helping with everything from budget management and vendor contracts to team communication and culture.
