Typically, over 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel/distribution management, including over 3 years people management experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics to track performance and derive insights.
Strategic thinking and adaptability to respond to evolving market demands.
