The Outside Sale Representative is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances with other organizations. Their goal is to expand the company's reach, create new revenue opportunities, and provide value-added benefits, such as employee discounts or joint marketing initiatives.

* Base salary, commission, and incentives! *

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable making cold calls, emails and in person visits.
• Prospect, develop, and onboard new partner companies to expand business opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that benefit both parties.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to leverage partnerships effectively.
• Promote partnership programs to target companies and their employees or customers.
• Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular updates and insights.
• Coordinate and communicate partnership benefits, such as employee discounts or special offers.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration and strategic growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the industry and target markets.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Valid Drivers License.

Salary Description: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 plus commission
