Outside Sales Representative

This role involves high-activity sales, fostering close partnerships with operations, and building strong relationships across procurement, maintenance, planning, and site leadership. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring all possible work is captured within existing accounts, expanding the scope during ongoing jobs, and opening new opportunities to engage in higher-level strategic sales conversations.

Responsibilities

Capture all possible work within existing accounts.

Expand the scope of ongoing jobs.

Open new opportunities for strategic sales.

Develop strong relationships across procurement, maintenance, planning, and site leadership.

Partner closely with operations to ensure alignment and success.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of sales experience in the oil & gas field

Business development

Outside sales

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Eagerness to learn and openness to new ideas and techniques

Technical sales expertise

Data entry proficiency

Work Environment

The role requires traveling about 50% of the time or more, as needed. It is crucial to be adaptable to different environments and maintain professional relationships across various functions in the oil and gas industry.

This is a Permanent position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Health & medical and stipend for milage
