About the Position: The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. This position is for the Bay City, MI region. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of our products and services. Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal time adjustments. Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.
Qualifications: Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role. Valid driver's license.
