Inside Parts Sales Representative

Do you have knowledge in parts sales and looking to advance your career? Leonard Bus Sales is currently looking for an Inside Parts Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives incoming phone calls for LBS Parts Call Center and fills customer's needs for parts by converting leads into sales, providing quotes, obtaining orders, and communicating terms through a relationship-based approach.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow existing business and generate new business for Leonard Bus Sales.
  • Develops and implements proactive customer outreach and follow-up strategies for prospective and existing customers which adhere to established requirements.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of manufacturer, product, industry, and competitor information.

Minimum Requirements of the position are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Minimum of one (1) year parts sales and/or parts warehouse experience.
  • Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and related departmental and inventory software.
