In partnership with, and under the direction of, the Director, Donor Recruitment leader, the Manager, Donor Recruitment (MDR) has primary responsibility for leadership of the Account Representatives team within their assigned regional territory. This cross-functional and collaborative role is accountable for overseeing the maintenance, recruitment, growth, and development of mobile donor groups as well as effectively partnering with internal counterparts across Versiti. The MDR leader is responsible for development and execution of sales plans for the team to ensure consistent and effective goal attainment and exceptional sponsor experience. Further, this leader is responsible for regional territory plan development, team development, and field sales coaching.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related subject required Experience 1-3 years direct business to business sales experience preferred Prior people leadership experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven track record of sales success. Thrives in a self-motivated and self-directed work environment. Must have excellent analytical, planning, strategic and decision-making skills.
