Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading a strategic technical sales organization that supports municipal drinking water, wastewater, and water re-use facilities. With the support of applications specialists, process specialists, and service teams, you will promote Hach's complete liquid analytical solutions-including instrumentation, reagent chemistries, and services. This entrepreneurial role offers strong autonomy, strategic influence, and the stability of a guaranteed paycheck.
This position is part of the Sales Department, located along the California/Nevada border region (Reno, Tahoe), and will be field-based with approximately 50% travel, including overnight stays at approved company hotels.

US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
