Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding market share and revenue for EBSCO's Clinical Decisions portfolio across the Western Region of the U.S. and Canada. This region includes CA, HI, ND, SD, NE, WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, AZ, CO, NM, WY, AK, NV and the provinces BC, AB, SK.
This role focuses exclusively on new logo acquisition across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and medical associations that do not currently license any Clinical Decisions products. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare expertise, exceptional sales acumen, and a consistent track record of exceeding growth targets.
This is a remote U.S.-based position (excluding U.S. territories).
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales goals, including active prospecting, outreach, and both virtual and onsite customer engagement.
- Drive new opportunities and build relationships with clinical leadership decision makers, collaborating closely with clinical consultants, editorial teams, and channel partners.
- Deliver proposals, oversee product trials, and prepare high-quality client-facing materials.
- Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and internal sales events.
- Build deep expertise in EBSCO's solutions and stay current on the competitive landscape.
- Share market insights to inform product development, roadmap decisions, and marketing strategy.
Your Team
You will join the Commercial organization-about 50 high-performing professionals-and work closely with Sales and Marketing partners. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team supporting new customer acquisition in your territory. You'll also engage with key channel partners to maximize regional reach.
About You
- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within healthcare or medical SaaS
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and B2B SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Pay Range
USD $115,750.00 - USD $165,360.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
