Sales Administration Intern

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Intern to join our dynamic Certification department. As a Sales Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to certification services. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of certification and contribute to the success of a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Assist in the preparation and processing of certification documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to certification inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to provide basic information and support.

Assist in responding to client queries and requests.

Maintain a professional and positive rapport with clients.

Sales Coordination:

Support the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales activities.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Data Management:

Compile and analyze data relevant to sales and certification activities.

Assist in generating reports and maintaining data accuracy.

Documentation:

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal standards.

Assist in preparing and updating procedural manuals and documentation templates.

Research and Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
