The Sales/Catering Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Catering Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, and the ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $25.55.

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Proficient knowledge of computer applications

Previous front desk or administrative experience is a must

Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
