Contract To Hire Lighting Technician

Review electrical drawings to do a take off(count) lighting fixtures for projects. Make sure orders are entered and processed in a timely manner. Look up existing orders to check backorder status. Keep in contact with contractors advising them on the status of their existing orders. Create lighting submittals to be sent to contractor for approvals. Review approved lighting submittals to ensure what is ordered will meet client expectations. Communicate with vendors and contractors on stock status/ship dates. Computer savvy is a must. We use bluebeam software for reading blue prints. Excel and PDF manipulation is a daily occurrence. So must have computer knowledge.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
