As an integral part of the team, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales department. This contract-to-hire opportunity promises long-term employment with a comprehensive benefits package. Evaluation to Hire Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $25-$26/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain and update the client database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in client interactions.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Generate and analyze reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a sales environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
