Sales Coordinator

BestPLUS, a division of Triumvirate Environmental-one of the largest environmental services firms in North America-is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. BestPLUS is a manufacturer in the fast-growing plastic lumber industry, with an established retail and OEM presence that continues to expand. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners-helping them find solutions, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales team to drive growth. Your ability to listen, respond, resolve issues, and build relationships will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction. This position reports directly to the VP/GM of BestPLUS and is based in our Jeannette, PA office. It is a full-time, salaried role with regular hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for additional hours when needed.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:

  • Serve as the friendly, professional first contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from BestPLUS lead sources.
  • Qualify and route leads to the right team member, ensuring every customer gets a timely response.
  • Support account setup in Oracle and guide customers through product, order, and account questions.
  • Generate and distribute quotes, process orders, and follow up with House and Retail accounts.
  • Provide responsive customer support on order status, delivery requests, freight quotes, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and VP/GM on customer follow-up, marketing initiatives, and trade show support.
  • Partner with internal departments (Finance, Shipping, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth customer and operational workflows.
  • Learn the plastic lumber industry and BestPLUS products while participating in sales and service training.
  • Prepare and ship product samples to help customers make confident buying decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a proven record of outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to resolve customer problems with professionalism, follow-through, and urgency.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow up, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle and CRM systems is a plus.
