What will you be doing?
- Prospect and recruit dental, vision, therapy, and medical providers into the network
- Conduct outreach and negotiate contracts with providers and large groups
- Run geographic access reports and perform market analysis to identify network gaps
- Maintain provider relationships and ensure compliance throughout the contracting process
- Educate providers on reimbursement models and portal functionality
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in provider relations, network management, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
