This is a full-time role for a sales director, situated in Waukesha, WI. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a sales team. Key responsibilities include supporting corporate initiatives for a strong business development strategy to grow market share in the industrial tool workspace including but not limited to assembly products, automation group and material handling products while collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. As sales director you will motivate and coach a direct sales force, while maintaining and growing several key targeted direct accounts.
