We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join the marketing team! CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

Your Role

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintain and enrich the Sales Enablement and CRM Handbooks to document all sales enablement processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of sales content, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Coordinate training programs, sales messaging, tools, and processes to support the sales team.
  • Monitor user adoption via usage reports across sales enablement tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support quick-turn research requests including list building, qualitative research, and account profiling.
  • Intake and document initial requirements for CRM, Power BI, and other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Provide meeting support including scheduling, coordination, preparation, summaries, and follow-up for live and virtual sessions.
  • Support CRM Helpdesk tickets and provide customer support during US business hours.
  • Maintain field mapping documentation for CRM and other sales technologies.
  • Maintain documentation, requirements, training materials, and QA testing for CRM, SalesIQ and our PowerBi Dashboards and Reports.
  • Execute license requests for tools such as Introhive, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
  • Schedule, execute, and package the Selling CohnReznick video training series.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to manage Selling CohnReznick learning plans in Linc.
  • Regularly gather and incorporate feedback from sales teams to improve resources and processes.
  • Support data clean-up projects as needed.

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 0 -3 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm
  • Entry level technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills
