As the Sales Enablement Manager at City Wide, your mission is to translate our wide-ranging facility solutions-such as janitorial, commercial cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance-into actionable training, resources, and strategies that help sales professionals increase pipeline and conversion rates across diverse markets.
Develop and launch scalable sales enablement programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate performance for new hires.
Drive adoption of value-based selling techniques, ensuring our team communicates how City Wide's solutions save time and streamline operations for clients.
Support sales leaders and franchisees with the tools, coaching, and analytics needed to surpass revenue goals and maintain City Wide's reputation as the first choice for facility services.
Proven experience in sales enablement or B2B sales leadership in a multi-location or franchise environment.
Expertise in coaching, training, and motivating sales teams for solution selling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for simplifying complex services to help sales teams win and clients excel.
